This function allows selection of a County Code ((C)anada or (U)S), selection of a state code in that country, and (US only) makes associated county codes available. After the county code is selected, the function then displays the associated information.
SPECIAL NOTE: This function allows selection of "ALL" as the county code, and displays all the Area Codes/Exchanges in a state.
