Some of our products are multi-month subscriptions where the customer is notified to download future editions of the product periodically until the subscription terms are fulfilled. Such Subscriptions are normally non-refundable. JCS may consider a partial refund of subscriptions only partially deleivered, if the customer supplies a request in writing, and states a reasonable reason. JCS will prorate the refund amount based the number of issues subscribed to and the number of issues already delivered, the calculated refund amount subject to an additional service charge. Whether or not a refund may be granted and/or the amount of the refund is solely at the discretion of JCS.
